Yana began her professional career in 2014 when fresh from university she opened her architectural and construction company ‘YS Studio’. She is now an established professional providing end-to-end solutions in architectural, interior and landscape design. Her style is an eclectic blend of European and Asian influences which she has picked up through her extensive international travel. She has brought her flair to fruition in a number of collaborations with clients to deliver high-quality conceptual and detailed designs overseeing the execution of these projects.

After three years in design, she began working with the luxury real estate office of Hamilton May, in 2017 executing real estate transactions and acquisitions in the thriving high-end properties market. In her role with Hamilton May she created and implemented strategies to sell multimillion-dollar homes in exclusive locations, designing high-quality interior design projects and managing the construction projects to bring those designs to life.

As for her customers, well, many of them would call her “The Queen Bee”.  Not only because of her strong personality, but also because Yana remembers all the finer details, and assumes full responsibility and stress during the process.
